Grass-fed Bison
For individuals who want their meat raised in a totally natural environment we offer grass-fed bison. Some want grass-fed for higher Omega-3 levels & others just for the natural aspect.
It costs us more to raise totally grass-fed bison as they gain weight slower on the range, for that reason the meat cost more per pound than grain-fed. Supplies of grass-fed meat may be limited from time to time. If you try the meat & would like to have a guaranteed supply, you can make arrangements for 1/ 4 or 1/ 2 of a bison by e-mailing rduff@duffmeats.com or calling 620-874-5120. You can visit us at the ranch & take your meat home with you when you go.
